1. First memory of the club -
Earliest memory of the club was way back in the 60’s and the Old Hut. I was playing in the street leagues with Cluan Enda.
2. Biggest GAA Influence -
My biggest Gaa influence was a couple of Christian Brothers- Fitzsimons and Hannon. They were GAA mad and as a child I thought they were fierce tough men.
3. Worst Trainer -
There were plenty of poor trainers. Mickey White was forever injured but when he played in a match he was always good (usually championship)
4. Best Trainer -
There were a few speed merchants but Joe O Hare and Kevin Barry were always brilliant trainers.
5. Funniest team mate - There were two men that stick out, My oul mate Gerry Crimmins, claims to have played behind the 6 worst defenders in the history of Gaelic Football and still made them look good! Willie McKeever played with us later on in his career but a brilliant character and a very funny man.
6. Favourite Pitch -
The Brides pitch. We were homeless for a lot of the time during my playing days and the Brides were very good to us, allowing us to play our home games there.
7. Most memorable win -
Most memorable win as a player was the 1986 Junior final against Hunterstown. Dreadful game but a massive win as we had a good crop of emerging players coming through who needed to play at a higher level. I was involved with Paul Lynch when we won the Leinster intermediate in 2003/2004 and that was a fantastic day for the club. Also being involved with Malachy O Rourke in 2017 was a great year and unfortunately we just didn’t get the prize at the end but 2003 and 2017 were both brilliant teams and great memories.

8. Favourite sportsperson -
Bobby Charlton imagine how he could strike the balls in use now a days!
9. Your having a dinner party, Three people you'd invite -
Jesus Christ, Nelson Mandela and Gandhi. At least there would be no rows
